Terms and conditions

Welcome to Audora! These Terms of Use govern your use of the website and services offered by Audora (together with its affiliates, "Audora", "we", or "us") through our website located at https://audora.co (the "Website"). By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, available at https://audora.co/legal/privacy. If you do not agree with these Terms or our Privacy Policy, please do not use the Website.

Service Description Audora is a subscription-based service that offers users access to our podcast and vlog content creation platform. The platform allows users to generate content such as episode notes, timestamps, newsletters, and other types of written content, based on podcast audio, with AI technology. Users can upload data, such as audio from podcast episodes, to create content using our platform. Users must have an account to access our subscription service.

User Account To use our subscription service, users must create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. Users agree to immediately notify Audora of any unauthorized use of their account or any other security breach. Audora will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of a user’s account.

Audora reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s account if Audora determines, in its sole discretion, that the user has violated these terms of use or any other applicable laws or regulations. Audora also reserves the right to modify or terminate its subscription service at any time, without prior notice.

Upon termination of a user’s account, all data associated with the account may be permanently deleted. Audora will have no obligation to provide any refunds or credits to users in the event of such termination.

Subscription and Payment To access some features of Audora, users will need to purchase a subscription. The subscription will automatically renew, and the user’s credit card will be charged the subscription fee at the beginning of each billing period until the user cancels their subscription. By purchasing a subscription, users authorize Audora to charge their chosen payment method in advance on a periodic basis until they cancel. Users are responsible for all charges incurred under their account, including applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time, and the cancellation will take effect immediately resulting in the downgrade of the subscription plan to the Free Tier. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods. If the user cancels their subscription, they will continue to have access to the subscribed features until the end of the current billing period.

Audora reserves the right to modify, terminate, or otherwise amend our subscription plans and pricing at any time and for any reason, and will notify users in advance of any changes to their subscription plan or pricing. In the event that Audora modifies or terminates a subscription plan, users may be entitled to a prorated refund for any prepaid and unused subscription period.

Upgrading Plans Users have the freedom to upgrade their subscription plan at any time they wish by simply purchasing a higher-tiered plan either on their account page or pricing page. However, it’s worth noting that any available minutes still remaining in the user’s current account dashboard won’t accumulate with the minutes included in the new upgraded plan. As soon as users upgrade, the changes will take effect immediately, and their credit card will be charged the price of the new subscribed plan. Subsequently, the user’s subscription fee will be charged at the new rate for the next billing period.

If users wish to downgrade their subscription plan, they can do so at any time, but it’s important to note that no refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining portion of the current billing period. To do this, users must cancel their current plan and subscribe to a new one.

Please note that Audora reserves the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans at any time, with or without notice to users.

If the user’s contact information or other information related to their account changes, they must notify Audora promptly and keep such information current. Users are solely responsible for any activity using their Credentials, whether or not they authorized that activity.
